Graduation as a Food Engineer
Specialized in food preservation, food safety, and nutrition, with strong physical and chemical foundations and applied formulation knowledge (2019–2023).
Became World Champion Medalist
World Championship medalist and multiple-time European Championship medalist, including 8th place at the World Championships (25km), 2022.
Quality Internship
Tested food supplements and supported quality control, gaining hands-on experience in analytical methods and food safety regulations (2022).
U.S Transition
Transitioned to the U.S., beginning graduate studies while continuing an elite athletic career (2024).
Food Science Graduate Studies
Master’s in Food Science with 1 year of laboratory research in microencapsulation (2024). Focused on spray-dried, potassium- and vitamin D–fortified juice using complex coacervation.
Marketing Graduate Studies
MBA in Marketing focused on creative strategy, product development, and data-driven decision-making (2025–2026). Hands-on experience working with CPG companies through applied projects.
